Its hard to believe that only a few short hours earlier that truck would have been past its headlights in torrential water.

This is not an isolated incident. All along George street are offices and stores below street level.

all of these spaces were flooded right to their ceilings.

Complete collapse. The falling rain and Jackson's Creek almost completely sucked this sidewalk up.
