My husband did a very, very bad thing yesterday.....he upgraded our cable.

Now as we all know this could be a very bad thing.

 

We now have 72 channels of hypnogourd to lure us into total couchpotatodom. We could argue that the some of these channels are not so bad, educational even, such as the History Channel, but I did get sucked by the most bizarre show called Mad Mad House. It involved reality show contestants, tattoos, piercings, and eliminations. Very Strange, but yet I watched. How sad. I should stick to my Survivor!

I sent everyone on my mailing list, all my friends and family an invitation to sign up to leave msg's on my blog.

So far i've had a few responses, now i just need comments!

Come one, come all. Besides this is way more interesting than writing in a vacumn!

 

Mark March 20th, 2004 on your calendars, it is the day that the global community unites in action for peace.

If you live in Peterborough one of  the events will be a Peace Walk from Confederation Park. If the weather is still cool, it might be nice to wear these...

So check out whats happening locally, stop allowing governments trod on their citizens. Remember, many organizations are dedicating this years walk to end the war in Iraq. But after Iraq then what, which country next? What about the genocides in Rwanda? The upheaval in Haiti?
Peace should belong to all people everywhere.
