Well I'm back again! I took a four business trip to London Ont. and a quick in/out of Toronto. It was the first time that I've been away from Caleb for more than one night and away from Len for some time as well. I'm happy to report that we all survived. Len and Caleb hung out with Nana and Gramma Susko in Ajax while I worked.

London was long but fun. Dinner was not included in the conference schedule so we enjoyed a few local restaurants. Our first night we checked out Garlic where the theme was...you guessed it...garlic. I enjoyed the Black Bean Shrimp...hmmmm shrimp and garlic! Another night we challenged ourselves to the Hungarian Platter at Budapest.
This reminded me of my Ukrainian in-laws from Winnipeg.  Marika had us in stitches! She told all the men in our group that they were sexy! The food was so good though. We finished our dinner thanksgiving style, by pushing back our chairs and admitting defeat. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone going nea London
